The Wedding:

Our wedding will take place on Sunday, October 4, 2009 at Primrose Cottage. The interactive map below will show you where Primrose is located along with other important locations.  There will be more information to come on transportation to the wedding, but know that shuttles will be available to get you from the hotels to Primrose Cottage.

The wedding ceremony will start at 6:00pm and guests can start arriving as early as 5:30 to walk around the cottage, get a seat, and enjoy the beautiful fall scenery.

The ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour and a reception.

Attire: Wedding Casual.

Lodging:

We have arranged for a block of hotel rooms in two hotels that are directly adjacent to one another (even owned by the same management). One is the Holiday Inn – Roswell and the second is the Best Western – Roswell (See map for both locations). Click on the links to the hotels for more information and call them, rather than booking online. If you mention the Zebrowitz-Harpak wedding, you’ll get a discounted rate. There is a free shuttle service provided by the hotel on a first come first serve basis that will take you anywhere in a roughly 5 mile radius from the hotel. North Point Mall is close and the North Springs MARTA station (Atlanta’s public transportation system) is also nearby and the shuttle can get you to each of these locations.  Below we have made a list of sites to see and areas of town to visit in the Metro-Atlanta area.  For directions on how to get these sites and other attractions via MARTA public transportation, click here. Shuttle services:

As mentioned, there is a free shuttle service provided by the hotels. It’s important to point out that there is one shuttle for the two hotels, so if you’re planning on using it, you should let the hotel know as soon as you can, as it makes rounds on a first-come-first-serve basis.

If you plan on taking MARTA from the airport to the hotel, and then having the shuttle pick you up from the MARTA station, or vice versa, you have to call the hotel in advance to tell them your flight details so they can plan their schedule for the day. You then have to call again once you board MARTA at the airport, so they know you have actually landed, and can send their nice driver on his way to pick you up.

Additionally, there is a service called “Roswell Airport Shuttle” that will pick you up at the airport, and take you to the hotel. the phone number is: 404.790.5510. The cost is $45 per person, cash only. According to what we understood from the hotel, if there is a large enough group, the driver has been known to lower the cost.

We have arranged for the hotel shuttle to provide transportation to and from the rehearsal dinner and wedding. On Saturday, you can take the shuttle to the rehearsal dinner at 6:30 or at 6:45, and it will be going back to the hotel at 9:45 or at 10:00. On Sunday, the shuttle will be departing to Primrose Cottage at 5:15 and at 5:30, and will be going back to the hotels at 10:45 and 11:00. Please keep in mind there is a limited amount of seats in the van, so plan ahead.

Car Rental:

While there will be shuttles provided to all events related to the wedding, and as mentioned above there is public transportation available, for those of you who want to rent a car we have some information for you. We suggest not renting a car at the airport but rather taking MARTA to Roswell where the hotel is and renting in that area—typically renting at the airport is more expensive.  There is an Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Roswell, as well as a few other rental establishments.
